REGISTRATION TERMS

Submission of an online registration is regarded as a firm booking and acceptance of these terms and conditions, however the booking will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. Payment in full must be received at time of registration and no later than 1 week before the date that the conference begins. In the event that full payment is not received by then, the delegate will be refused entry to the conference. We accept payment by PayPal and bank transfer, please note that all transfer charges must be met by the sender. 

  1. Payment must be made in full and at the time of booking unless specifically stated.
  2. Cancellations must be received in writing 20 working days before the event. A credit voucher will be issued to the customer which can be used for payment in any EastMed’s future events.
  3. A substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Written notification within 48 hours of the event is required to substitute a delegate.
  4. Credit/debit card payment can be made over the phone or via the website.
  5. Data Protection. EastMed does not sell, trade or rent customer’s personal information to others. Some data concerning the customer will be included within the event’s data. Such as attendance list.
  6. Display Marketing: The Client hereby given permission for EastMed to display any images and video including the event’s marketing material, literature, exhibitions, advertising, magazines and on websites.
  7. No Image display will be used for other commercial reasons, except with written permission from the Client.
  8. Force majeure. Under no circumstances shall EastMed ltd. have any liability for any act, loss, damage, expense, mistake, omission or event which is outside its reasonable control.
  9. Governing law. This agreement shall be governed by the courts of England.
